1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large glass of water to be taken in the morning during the meal.

Precautions for use:
Contains caffeine (22 mg / tablet) and (‒)-3-galllate of epigallocatechin (EGCG) (15 mg / tablet), the daily consumption of which must be strictly less than 800 mg.
Should not be consumed if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day, on an empty stomach, nor by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under 18 and people taking antidepressants without medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Best before end and batch number mentioned on the underside of the case.
