Directions:

From 12 to 18 years old: 1 capsule per day for 5 days per week, to be repeated every week during the sensitive period. If necessary switch to 2 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to repeat for 8 weeks. For adults: 2 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to be repeated every week during the sensitive period. If necessary, switch to 4 capsules per day for 5 days a week, to repeat for 8 weeks. To be swallowed with a little water. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store away from any source of heat and light. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
