The black spruce native to Canada comes from a conifer that is found on mountain slopes and bogs. It has gray-brown peeling bark, red flowers and needle-like leaves. Directions:
In massage, a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil in local application. Cutaneous use: mix 2 drops of essential oil and 2 drops of vegetable oil 3 times a day, in local application. Not recommended for children under 6 years old. Not recommended in the first 3 months of pregnancy. Skin irritation (dermocaustic) possible in its pure state. May cause sensitization by skin contact. May cause lung damage if swallowed. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting: consult a doctor and show him the packaging. Keep out of the reach of young children.
