Cutaneous track: some drops of essential oil and a hazelnut vegetable oil to apply several times on concerned areas. For muscle cramps, apply locally 2 drops of essential oil of camphor rosemary + 2 drops of essential oil of wintergreen + 10 drops of vegetable hazelnut oil. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 3 years.
