Directions:
Oral track: 2 drops of essential oil 3 times a day in synergy with niaouli or radiata eucalyptus in honey, olive oil or on a cane sugar, under the tongue. Cutaneous track: 5 drops of essential oil 3 times a day massaging on either side of the spine or the thorax. Daily: to strengthen the immune defenses: 6 drops to apply locally on the arch or on the thorax morning and evening. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 3 years.
