Directions:
Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 75mg. All pure essential oils must be handled with the utmost care. No oral intake of pure essential oils without the advice of a health professional. As a general precautionary measure, prefer not to use essential oils during pregnancy (especially the first 3 months) and in children under 3 years of age. Only an aromatherapist general practitioner can take this responsibility. Never inject essential oil intramuscularly or intravenously. In case of accidental absorption of a large quantity of essential oil (half or more), quickly ingest a mild vegetable oil (olive, sunflower) and contact the anti poison centre. For optimal use of the dropper, hold the bottle horizontally. People on anticoagulants or suffering from oestrogen-dependent pathologies or with a history of febrile convulsions or with a known allergic terrain should seek advice from their doctor before using essential oils.
