From 12 years old: for daily maintenance, 1 capsule per day in the morning. Can be taken throughout the year. As a treatment, 1 capsule morning and evening for 14 days in a row - Repeat this treatment if necessary, taking a 5-day break between treatments. Swallow with a little water before meals.
