The bigardier (bitter orange) is a tree 5 to 10 m high from India. It has a smaller fruit than fresh orange and has a rougher skin, green or yellow colored. Directions:
Internal track: 1 to 2 drops of essential oil in honey per day for nervous troubles. External track: 1 to 2 drops of essential oil and 2 drops of apricot kernel vegetable oil to apply inside of the wrists for a long, deep breath covering the nose with hands clasped or on the solar plexus or the arch of feet. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 3 years old.
