Combined with EPA, it contributes to a normal heart functioning (the beneficial effect of each fatty acid is obtained by 250mg per day). The folates contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, help reduce tiredness and to the normal formation of blood, to the normal synthesis of amino acids, normal physiological functions and to the process of cell division. The vitamin E participates to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Directions:
Children of 3 to 12 years old: 1 capsule per day to swallow or to mix with a yogurt or with honey. Cure of 2 months, renewable 2 to 3 times a year. Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 capsule morning and evening during the meal, during 1 month. Cure renewable during 3 to 4 times a year. Seniors: 1 capsule morning and evening during the meal, during 2 months. Renewable 2 to 3 times a year.
