Punch Power Hazelnut Flavoured Biocake 400g is a powdered cake mix with carbohydrate intake, to be consumed before exercise. One jar corresponds to 3 servings. Gluten-free. Certified Organic Agriculture. FR-BIO-10 control. Made in France.
Indications:
Powdered cake mix with gluten-free carbohydrate supply.
Composition:
Rice flour*; Canne sugar*; Hazelnut powder 15%; Corn starch; Fructose; Leavening agents : Potassium bitartrate, Sodium bicarbonate; Powdered egg white*, Salt, Thickener: Guar seed flour*, Antioxidant: Ascorbic acid; Vitamin B1. *Ingredients from Organic Agriculture. Contains: nuts, egg.
Directions:
Mix 400g of powder with 200ml of water in a bowl until the dough is perfectly homogenized. Pour the dough into a cake tin about 25cm in diameter. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Check baking with a blade. Consume 1 portion of 133g (1/3 of the cake) up to 1 hour before exercise. Unused portions can be frozen after cooking (never refreeze a thawed product). Store away from heat and moisture.
