Directions for use
Take on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or ¼ sugar).
Maximum daily dose:
From 10 years and over: 1 drop.
18 years and over: 2 drops.
Do not use pure without support, nor mixed with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use for prolonged periods.
Do not use in children under 10 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and people allergic to essential oils.
