Directions for use
Pre-exercise: use as a toning friction before warming up, to warm and prepare tension-prone areas.
After exercise: a deeper massage to relax, soften and relieve tension.
From age 7: 3 doses per day maximum.
12 years and over: 6 doses per day maximum.
Adults: 8 doses per day maximum.
Not to be used by children under 7 or by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
