Directions:
Shake well before use and apply only to the targeted joint or muscle area. Adjust the amount of product applied to the desired intensity of the heating effect, respecting a maximum of 1 application per day, or 1. 2 g per day = 20 turns of roller. The roller massage ball is ideal for a self-massage of localized areas. Complete with a manual massage, if necessary, in this case, make the product penetrate well by massage, wash hands after use.
