Take with a glass of water, during a meal. Maximum daily doses:
From 7 years old: 1 capsule;
10 years and over: 2 capsules;
12 years and over: 3 capsules;
15 years and over: 4 capsules.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use for more than 15 consecutive days.
