Directions:
Nourishing and repairing face and body care: Warm a dab of shea butter in the palm of your hand and apply to very dry and cracked areas. Repairing balm for dry and damaged hair: Warm a small amount of shea butter by rubbing your hands together. Apply to hair, kneading the ends and lengths. Wash hands after application. Keep away from light, air and heat. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. External use.
