Directions for use
Take a maximum of 1 drop per day (i.e. 0.03 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or ¼ of sugar). Occasional use. Do not use pure without support, nor mixed with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Equivalence: 1 ml? 37 drops.Do not use in children under 12, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, and in people allergic to essential oils. For people under medical treatment and in children over 12 years old, contact a health professional. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
