Shake well before use. Dosage with the spoon provided (5ml). Children from 3 years: 1 spoon 3 times a day during 5 days maximum. Adults: 2 spoons 3 times a day during 5 days maximum. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Does not substitute to a varied and balanced diet and to a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended to pregnant and breastfeeding women, to the persons allergic to hive products and to pollens. An excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Before opening, store in a cool and dry place, after opening in the fridge (to use in the 2 following weeks). Keep out of reach of children.
