Directions:
Shake the roller well, then apply to the wrists, temples and the artery in your neck, each time you experience a feeling of stress. Rub your wrists against each other and breathe deeply the fragrance of essential oils. If possible, close your eyes and then take 10 very long breaths, letting all your muscles relax. Precautions for use: Avoid all contacts with the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of irritation, rinse with vegetable oil. Not recommended for children under 3 years-old, pregnant or breastfeeding women. After application, you are advised to avoid prolonged sun exposure. These highly active essential oils must be used according to the directions for use.
