Quies Anti-Snoring Bi-Pack 2 Sprays is a pack that allows to act on the two main factors of snoring. - Quies Anti-Snoring Oral Spray 70ml honey lemon taste acts immediately to reduce snoring. During sleep, muscles of the mouth and pharynx relax, reducing the passage of air. The root of the mouth loudly vibrates and causes snoring. This oral spray, leaves a film on the root of the mouth, thus facilitating the passage of air to prevent vibrations. Drying of the back of the throat is prevented throughout the night. - Quies Anti-Snoring Nasal Spray 15ml has been created to lubricate and improve the nasal air flow. Enhancing nasal breathing and avoiding loud mouth breathing, this spray provides a feeling of fuller breathing and reduces snoring. It is effective through:- xanthan gum: a film forming agent which limits dehydration and facilitates the passage of air between the pharynx and the throat,- witch hazel extract: it clears the airways and enhances the nose respiration,- essential oils of pine and eucalyptus: they provide a pleasant feeling of freshness.

Composition:

Oral spray: Purified water, Glycerol, Glycerol monostearate, Lemon Honey Flavour, Soy Lecithin (GMO-free), Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Ethylmenthanecarboxamide, Xanthan Gum.

Directions:

The oral spray: shake the bottle before use. Spray 2 times successively at the end of the throat just before bedtime. Keep the product 20 seconds in the mouth before swallowing. The nasal spray: before going to bed, give a blow to clear nasal passages. Shake the spray. Spray twice in each nostril keeping the head vertical. Not advised in case of sleep apnea. Allows two months of use.
