Dosage of Nat & Form Ecoresponsible Red Yeast Rice and Gugulon capsules:
1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably with the evening meal.
Precautions for use:
Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a dry place and away from light.
Daily consumption of monacolins should not exceed 3 mg.
Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 and adults over 70.
If you have health problems, ask your doctor for advice before consuming this product.
Should not be consumed if you are taking medication to lower your cholesterol or if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice.
Do not use in case of diarrhea (gugulon may relax the intestines).
