Directions:
Take one chew tart a day. Put the equivalent of a full square (714 mg) in the mouth, let it soften in the mouth before chewing, then chew for at least 15 minutes or until it disintegrates. To facilitate cutting, you can place the product in the freezer for a few minutes. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and moisture. Propolis can change colour depending on the crop and over time.
