Preparation and Directions for Use

1. Rinse the Rhino Horn Junior thoroughly with water before first use.
2. Fill the device with warm water at approximately body temperature (37°C).
3. Add one measure of natural, non-iodized salt without additives using the measuring scoop provided.
4. Cover the openings with your hand or finger and gently shake until the salt has completely dissolved.
5. If you are unsure about the quality of the tap water, boil the water first and allow it to cool to approximately body temperature.
6. Place the tip against the less blocked nostril.
7. Press the tip gently against the nostril to help prevent leakage.
8. Avoid pressing the device against the nasal septum, which could obstruct the opening.
