Sanofi Phytoxil Cough Syrup 128g is a medical device indicated for the relief of coughs (dry or oily), particularly when associated with upper respiratory tract infections.
It acts mechanically on the irritated mucous membrane through two mechanisms:
- promotes mucus hydration to facilitate physiological expectoration,
- forms a film that protects the mucosa from contact with external irritants.
It works thanks to the Poliflav M.A. complex: a polysaccharide fraction from plantain combined with honey for its muco-adhesive property, and a flavonoid fraction from thyme for its antioxidant action that helps protect the mucosa.
Pleasant taste with natural orange, peach and lemon aromas.
Free from preservatives, colorants and other synthetic excipients.
- Children aged 2 to 6: 1 spoon-dose (5 ml) per dose, 2 times a day.
- Children over 6 years: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) per dose, 2 times a day.
- Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) per dose, 2 to 3 times a day.
If necessary, the product can be taken up to 4 times a day. The doses can be taken closer together.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more of the constituents.
Use within 3 months of opening.
Store at room temperature, away from heat and light.
Keep out of reach of children.
The formation of a slight deposit is due to the natural composition of the syrup and does not alter the quality of the product.
