Directions:
Shake the ampoule before use. Break off a tip of the bulb with a tissue. Pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass by breaking the second tip. Add 20 cl of water before setting. 3-step program:Step 1: from the 1st to the 10th day, take 1 ampoule per day, diluted in a glass of water (20 cl) in the morning. Do not use for long periods (maximum 14 days). Step 2: from the 11th to the 20th day, take 1 ampoule per day, diluted in a glass of water (20 cl) in the morning. Step 3: from the 21st to the 30th day, take 1 ampoule per day, diluted in a glass of water (20 cl) in the morning.
