Directions:
1 phial per day diluted in a large glass of water (20cl) to be taken before the meal before bedtime for 20 days. To renew if necessary. Shake the phial well before use. The presence of a slight deposit due to the use of plant extracts is natural and does not affect the quality of the product. Not recommended for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. Do not drive or use a machine within 4 to 5 hours of taking melatonin.
