Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 to 4 tablets daily). Do not use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or when taking lipid-lowering medications (ask your doctor for advice). Not recommended in cases of progressive liver troubles, kidney, muscle disorders, untreated hypothyroidism, in case of cholesterol-lowering treatment based on statins or intolerance to statins.
