Directions:
Take 1 tablet per day, swallowed 30 minutes before bedtime. Cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents. Do not combine with sedatives or antidepressants. Not recommended for people on anti-coagulant treatment. Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, people having to perform an activity requiring sustained vigilance and which may pose a safety problem in the event of drowsiness.
