Directions:
Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before use. Remove the plastic wrap and locate the marks indicating the left (L) or right (R) sole. Place the sole in the corresponding shoe, grip side down. Insert it into the shoe by aligning the heel of the sole with the back of the shoe. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear. To remove the sole, slowly and delicately lift it off the shoe.
