The Guard Hallux Valgus agrees at the same time with the right foot and the left foot. The feet must be clean and dry. To slip the foot into the Guard Hallux Valgus: to thread the big toe in the small opening and the other toes in the large opening. To draw the guard in direction from ankle until the bearing in gel is well placed around onion. The elastic fabric can be tightened or loosened by stretching it vertically or horizontally.
