Sérélys SPM Comfort 30 Tablets is a food supplement based on extracts of pollen, saffron and vitamins E, designed for premenstrual and menstrual comfort. This food supplement is a unique combination of specific, standardized and purified cytoplasmic extracts of pollens (mixture of PureCyTonin® Complex MX7, PureCyTonin Complex® MX9) and extract of saffron stigmas. Pollen extracts contribute to the resistance of the body and promote vitality. It also help and reduce fatigue. Saffron stigma extract promotes comfort before and during the menstrual period and helps maintain a positive mood.

To promote premenstrual and menstrual comfort.
Composition:
Specific, standardized and purified cytoplasmic extracts from pollens (mixture of PureCyTonin® Complex MX7, PureCyTonin® Complex MX9); Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Extract of saffron stigmas (Crocus sativus); Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Stearic acid, Calcium carbonate, Ceramic acid lake, Caramel, Safflower and lemon concentrate; D-alpha-tocopherol acetate, Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide.
Directions:
Take 1 tablet per day for 2 cycles (2 months). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. From the 3rd month: 1 tablet per day 1 week before menstruation and 1 week during. Continue use for a minimum of 3 months. Not recommended for pregnant women and people on antidepressants. In the event of known allergies to pollen, seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from heat and humidity.
