Recipient under pressure: respect the precautions for use. 1 to 3 sprays by nostril, 2 to 3 times a day. Wash the nozzle with clear water after each use. For effective washing, above a sink, tilt your head slightly forward and turn to the side, press briefly for each nostril. Repeat the operation by turning the head on the opposite side. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to sea water. Do not use in children without medical advice. Tingling sensations or transient irritation may appear at the start of use.
