The homeopathic medicine Sportenin comes in the form of chewable tablets. It is traditionally used in cases of cramps, aches, or muscle fatigue. It is used during sporting efforts or physical overwork.
This medication is reserved for adults and children over 6 years old.
The homeopathic strains used are: Arnica montana 9CH, Sarcolacticum acidum 3CH and Zincum oxidatum 3CH.
The excipients with a notable effect are glucose and lactose.
The other ingredients are: Glucose monohydrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, citric acid monohydrate, natural lemon flavor.
The box contains 33 chewable tablets.
Dosage of Sportenin chewable
The dosage of Sportenin is different depending on when it is taken.
Before muscular effort you must take a chewable tablet the day before or just before the event.
During muscular effort, you are advised to take one chewable tablet every hour.
and after muscular effort, you must administer a chewable tablet, to be renewed every hour until improvement.
You should not take more than ten chewable tablets per day. It is advisable to take them away from meals.
Precautions for use of Sporténine Boiron
You should not take Sportenin chewable tablets if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine.
Consult your doctor if you have intolerances to certain sugars before taking this medicine.
As it contains 1.6 g of glucose per tablet this sugar intake must be taken into account for patients who suffer from diabetes mellitus. Sportenin can be dangerous for teeth.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek advice from their doctor before taking any medication.
