It contains 80% of proteins with extended releasing whose 50% of micellar casins. It is formulated without fats. A shaker provides 20g of proteins, whose 3,9g of BCAA and 3,7g of Glutamin so 90 kcal by shaker.

Directions:
Mix 25g of powder (2 spoons) in 150 to 250ml of water or any other drink at your convenience. To consume 1 to 2 times a day preferably at the time of the meals or after the session of training or in snack.
