4.1 Therapeutic Indications

This homeopathic medicine is traditionally used for the symptomatic treatment of:

• Colds (nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, minor sore throat)
• Dry and productive coughs

4.2 Dosage and Administration

Important: This medicine should not be used in children under 2 years without medical advice.

Dosage:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 15 ml (using the measuring cup) 3 to 5 times daily.
• Children aged 2 to 12 years: 5 ml (using the measuring cup) 3 times daily.
• Children under 2 years: 5 ml (using the measuring cup), diluted in a small amount of liquid, 3 times daily.

• Contains sucrose: 4.3 g per 5 ml dose and 13.0 g per 15 ml dose—important for patients with diabetes.
• Contains sodium benzoate (E211), which may increase the risk of jaundice in newborns (up to 4 weeks old).
• Contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) of sodium per dose (5 ml or 15 ml), considered "sodium-free."
