Directions for use
Take 3 capsules a day during meals, preferably in the morning.
Respect the recommended doses.
Do not consume on an empty stomach.
It is recommended not to take this product before bedtime.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents under 12, as well as smokers.
Not recommended in case of gastric or duodenal ulcer, cardiovascular disorders (hypertension, arrhythmia) and hyperthyroidism.
Consult a doctor if taking anticoagulants or anti-platelet agents at the same time.
