Supradyn Magnesia 30 Effervescent Tablets is a dietary supplement with sweeteners designed for women whose magnesium intake has been found to be below the Recommended Dietary Allowance. Its formula is rich in magnesium, vitamins B6 and C which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduce fatigue. Folates contribute to normal psychological functions such as resistance to stress. Contains aspartame (source of phenylalanine). Tastes orange.

Composition:
Acidifier: E330. Acidity regulator: E500 (ii)(i). Sweetener: E420. magnesium sulphate, calcium carbonate. Sweetener: E953. Flavouring: orange. Ascorbic acid. Flavour enhancer: sodium chloride. Colouring agent: E160a(i). Anti-foaming agent: E421, E473, E433, E900, silicon dioxide [nano]. Zinc citrate. Colouring agent: beet red. Sweeteners: E951, E950. Nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin 5', sodium phosphate, thiamine monophosphate hydrochloride, vitamin B12, 0. 1% WS, folic acid, biotin.
Directions:
Dissolve one tablet a day in a glass of water and take it preferably in the morning after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The recommended duration of use is 30 days, to be renewed several times a year. To be used in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in its hermetically sealed package.
