Fish oil (Omega 3 essential fatty acids: DHA + EPA + DPA), Bovine gelatin, Purified water, Humectant: Glycerol; Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Vitamin C (Calcium ascorbate), Emulsifier: Glycerol monostearate; Lutein, Vitamin E (d alpha-tocopherol), Zinc (zinc sulfate), Vitis Vinifera extract (Resveratrol), Humectant: Sorbitol; Zeaxanthin, Color: Black iron oxide; Copper (Copper Sulphate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).
Directions:
Recommended daily dose: 2 gel-caps per day, to be taken with a little water at the beginning or in the middle of your main meal. It is not recommended to exceed the daily indicated dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. Cannot replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. May cause minor digestive disturbances (nausea, belching, diarrhea).
