It combines hot or cold therapy to effectively relieve everyday pains: torticollis, pain in the shoulders, trapezius and cervical area and pain before and after exercises. Read the instructions before use. Cold therapy: Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours (4 hours for optimal use). Heat therapy: Microwave for the time and temperature indicated. Stir well to distribute colours and test pocket temperature before use. Heat for an additional 10 seconds if necessary until the desired temperature is reached. Application should not exceed 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. If necessary, reapply for another 20 minutes. recommended heating time in the microwave to be consulted on the instructionsIt is also possible to heat the pouch in water with a pan, please refer to the instructions. Always check the temperature of the pouch before application. Prolonged application could cause injury, including burnsDo not use on infants. Do not use if there are circulatory problems. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or open wounds. Do not fall asleep while using the pouch. Use only under adult supervision.
