Read the instructions before use. Cold therapy: Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours (4 hours for optimal use). Hot Therapy: Microwave for the time and temperature indicated. Mix the beads well and test the temperature of the bag before use. Heat for an additional 5 seconds if necessary until the desired temperature is reached. The application should not exceed 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before any new application. If necessary, reapply for 20 minutes. Recommended heating time in the microwave, see the instructions. It is also possible to heat the bag in water with a saucepan, instructions to consult on the instructions. Always check the temperature of the bag before application. Prolonged application could cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use in case of circulatory problems. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep while using the pouch. Use only under adult supervision. For extreme, prolonged or chronic pain, consult a physician. Use as directed only. Reheating beyond the suggested time may damage or destroy the bag. Do not puncture the pouch or ingest its contents. External use only.
