Adults and children from 7 years old. Apply by massaging lightly, without penetrating, 3 to 4 times a day on painful areas. After use, wash hands. Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Avoid contact with eyes and/or mucous membranes. Do not apply to open wounds or injured or irritated skin.
