Directions:
Joints and muscles :Initial intake:From 6 to 12 years old: 2 capsules in the morning for a minimum of 1 month. Over 12 years old: 2 capsules in the morning and evening for a minimum of 1 month. Maintainance intake:From 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule in the morning. Over 12 years old: 2 capsules in the morning. Tendons :From 6 to 12 years old: 2 capsules in the morning and evening for 1 week. Over 12 years old: 4 capsules in the morning and evening for 1 week. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Discontinue use in case of persistent diarrhea. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants.
