DIRECTION FOR USE:
Infusion - 3 to 10 minutes
Pour one to two tablespoons of plants into simmering water and let infuse for 3 to 10 minutes.
Decoction - 10 to 30 minutes
Immerse the plant in boiling water and keep boiling for 10 to 30 minutes, then let infuse off the heat for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the desired concentration.
Maceration - several hours
Leave the plant in a cold liquid (most often water, but also wine, alcohol) for several hours so that the active ingredients dissolve. Do not heat.
To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place, away from light.
