Urarthone: homeopathic medicine for gout and rheumatism
Urarthone oral solution from Lehning laboratories is a homeopathic medicine reserved for adults. Available without a prescription, Urarthone is traditionally used for pain of rheumatic origin as well as for gout.
What is the composition of Lehning Urarthone?
The homeopathic strains which are used in the composition of Urarthone are Colchicum autumnale 1 DH (1.25 ml), Bryonia 4 DH (1.25 ml), Dulcamara 1 DH (1.25 ml), Viscum album mother tincture (3.75 ml), Kalium iodatum 4 DH (1.25 ml), Aurum muriaticum 8 DH (0.625 ml), Silicea 6 DH (12.5 ml), Sulfur 4 DH (5 ml), Natrum salicylum 3 DH (12.5 ml), Solidargo virga aurea mother tincture (5 ml) and Mercurius corrosivus 4 DH (1.25 ml).
The excipients of this oral solution are ethanol, purified water and caramel.
Dosage of Urarthone oral solution
Take 1 tablespoon of solution twice a day. Urarthone should be taken away from meals and in half a glass of water.
In the event of an inflammatory outbreak, an additional dose is possible.
Precautions for using Urarthone
This oral solution contains alcohol, the equivalent of 71 ml of beer or 28.4 ml of wine per tablespoon. Therefore, the use of Urarthone is not recommended in risk groups such as alcoholics or people in withdrawal, epileptics, people with liver or kidney disease, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, drivers of vehicles or machines.
Do not use Urarthone in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components. Likewise, Urarthone should not be combined with pristinamycin, macrolide antibiotics (roxithromycin, clarithromycin, azithromycin, josamycin, erythromycin, midecamycin), or, in patients with hepatic or renal impairment, with ombistavir/paritaprevir.
It should be avoided in combination with cyclosporine as well as with certain drugs against fungal infections, with certain anti-infectives (ombitasvir/paritaprevir, in patients with normal hepatic and renal function, protease inhibitors boosted by ritonavir or cobicistat), and with verapamil.

Urarthone containing the Silicea and Sulfur strains, it should not be taken without medical advice in case of sinusitis, otitis or dermatosis.
