Valdispert Melatonin 1,9mg 40 Tablets is a food supplement that helps reduce the time to fall asleep. Its effect is obtained by the intake of at least 1mg of melatonin before going to bed. It also helps reduce the jet-lag effects. The effect is obtained by an intake of at least 0,5mg of melatonin before going to bed. The Valdispert tablets offer an extra strong rapid diffusion. Bulking Agents (Mannitol, Cellulose), Corn Starch, Melatonin 1. 5%, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Flavours (Vanilla, Anise), Contains Milk.
Directions:
Take one tablet 30 to 45 minutes before going to bed. Adults and children over 12 years old. Not recommended for immuno depressed subjects, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
