The medicine Verrulia is a homeopathic treatment traditionally used in the treatment of warts.
Marketed by the Boiron laboratory, it is composed of antimonium crudum 9CH (1mg), nitricum acidum 9CH (1mg), thuja occidentalis 9CH (1 mg) for one tablet. Other compounds are sucrose, lactose and magnesium stearate.
Dosage of Verrulia treatment of warts
Verrulia comes in the form of tablets to suck. Its use is reserved for adults and children over 6 years old and follows a dosage equivalent to 1 tablet to suck morning and evening, for a treatment duration extending over 1 month. Administration must be done outside of meals. A medical consultation is necessary in case of worsening.
Precautions with Verrulia wart homeopathy
It is strongly recommended to read the full composition of this medication in order to avoid any allergy to any of them.
Verrulia contains lactose and sucrose. Keep it in case of intolerances.
On the other hand, this medication carries risks in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase/isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases).
The same goes for patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome (rare hereditary diseases).
Given the height of dilution of the strains composing Verrulia, this medication can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
