Composition:
Fenugreek seeds* (Trgonella foenum-graecum L.) 25%, Anise seeds* (Pimpinella anisum L) 20%, Caraway seeds (Carum carvi L). 20%, Fennel seeds* (Foeniculum vulgare Mill) 20%, Verbena leaves*(Lippia citriodora L) 15%.

Directions:
Immerse a bag in simmering hot water and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. Drink 3 to 4 cups throughout the day in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
This infusion is particularly recommended for breastfeeding.
