Directions for use
Immerse a sachet in simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. Drink 3 to 4 cups throughout the day in addition to a varied and balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle.
