The Egyptians used it to embalm their dead. The word chamomile comes from the Greek "chamaimelon" which means "apple of the ground", in reference to the fruity scent of apple which emerges from the ground on which it grows.

Composition:
Flowers of Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis L. ) 100%.
Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage advice: Close the case well after each use. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
