The immunity infusion combines:
Thyme and eucalyptus, traditionally used for their soothing properties on the upper respiratory tract.
Cinnamon, with its antioxidant properties, protects the body's cells.
Cardamom has a beneficial activity on the intestines, where the majority of our immune cells are located.
Eucalyptus essential oil brings a note of freshness for a sensation of intense purity.

Directions for use
Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water.
Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavours, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
2 cups a day.
Tip: Use spring water to keep all the flavour of the infusion intact.
Store in a cool, dry place.
