Directions for use
Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Let steep for 3 minutes to allow the herbs to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 1 cup per day.Tip: use spring water to keep the flavor of the infusion intact.Store in a cool, dry place.
